Sujata Agarwal | Board Chair

Sujata Agarwal is a strategic healthcare executive with more than 16 years of leadership experience spanning managed care, payment innovation, and value-based performance. She has led transformative initiatives across leading organizations including Cigna, Elevance Health, and large integrated provider networks —driving measurable improvements in financial performance, provider engagement, and patient outcomes.

With deep expertise in healthcare operations, governance, and payer-provider collaboration, Sujata has successfully shaped enterprise strategies that balance fiscal stewardship with sustainable growth. She brings a collaborative, data-driven approach to problem solving and a strong focus on operational excellence, equity, and innovation in healthcare delivery.

Sujata holds a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of New Haven and a Certificate in Executive Influence from the Wharton School of Business.

Amanda Lyonhart

Amanda Lyonhart is a law school graduate currently awaiting results from the July 2025 California Bar Exam and pursuing graduate studies at Harvard University. Prior to entering the legal field, Amanda was a successful Director of Operations in the tech sector, where she led cross-functional teams and oversaw complex systems implementations. She now brings that same strategic mindset to community advocacy, with a passion for protecting vulnerable populations and strengthening intergenerational ties. Amanda is especially committed to expanding access to care and improving quality of life for older adults and ensuring that legacy is preserved through compassionate, systems-informed policy and service.

Ashley Gondhalekar

A heartfelt board member of the Grants Committee alongside Tellegacy with passion for helping Seniors through social isolation and loneliness. Currently, studying as an English student at Wesleyan College as a member of the Honors Society. Through the board, I have managed the applications of grants, networked with different communities in my state about Tellegacy’s initiatives, and educated our message to people of interest of our initiatives.

Cameron Pope

Cameron Pope is an accomplished Behavioral Health CEO with over two decades of experience leading organizations through growth, innovation, and service excellence. He has a proven track record in expanding access to care, strengthening workforce engagement, and improving outcomes across community-based mental health, substance use, and recovery programs. Cam’s leadership combines clinical expertise with strategic business insight, advancing trauma-informed and integrated care models in both urban and rural settings. He is known for fostering collaboration among boards, staff, and community partners to build sustainable, high-performing systems of care.

Cameron holds a BA and MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Greensboro and is deeply committed to promoting equity, innovation, and hope in behavioral health. While he travels extensively for business, he proudly calls Center City Philadelphia home.

 Jamie Hickman

Dr. Jamie Lynn Hickman brings more than two decades of executive leadership, military service and academic scholarship to the Tellegacy Board of Directors. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with 24 years of service, she has led complex, mission-critical operations. She earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, where her research focuses on organizational leadership. She also holds a master’s degree from the United States Naval War College and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Dr. Hickman currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and a consultant for small businesses and educational institutes nationwide. Centered on dignity, access and institutional accountability, her leadership philosophy aligns closely with Tellegacy’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes through social connection, health equity, and innovative training. She brings to the Board a distinctive blend of strategic governance experience, healthcare systems exposure, Leadership and a passion for advancing equitable care for vulnerable populations.

Jasmin McCreary

Jasmin McCreary is a dedicated healthcare leader passionate about advancing health equity,
patient-centered care, and community connection. She currently oversees day-to-day operations and
leadership functions within healthcare settings, ensuring quality service delivery, compliance, and
positive community engagement. Alongside her leadership work, Jasmin also brings extensive clinical
experience across hospital, urgent care, and emergency response environments—providing her with a
deep understanding of patient needs and frontline healthcare delivery.

A Master of Health Administration candidate at the University of North Alabama and a proud graduate
of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Public Health and Sociology, Jasmin brings
both academic excellence and hands-on experience to the Tellegacy Board of Directors. Her
background spans healthcare management, clinical operations, and public health research, including
her work with Children’s Hospital of Alabama’s Pediatric Rheumatology Department.

Jasmin is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the National Association of Health
Services Executives (NAHSE), where she continues to champion leadership development and
mentorship within the healthcare industry.

Beyond her professional life, Jasmin enjoys pottery, golfing, going to the beach, spending time with
God, and connecting with friends and family. She’s also passionate about shaping young leaders and
inspiring others to pursue purpose-driven careers in healthcare.

Fun Fact: Jasmin’s most irrational fear is watermelon—though she still finds it amusing every time
she has to explain why!

Michael Sibilia

Michael is passionate about transforming business objectives into tangible successes by developing innovative products and services, making strategic decisions, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing processes. His ability to align resources and initiatives ensures significant, measurable impact on the bottom line.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in International Business, Michael collaborates effectively across all levels of an organization, managing key functions.  He leverages data analytics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and drive successful expansion strategies.

He leads by example, fostering transparency and clear communication. In problem-solving, he takes a comprehensive, 360-degree approach, considering all influencing factors. He builds consensus by encouraging diverse perspectives, engaging teams in critical thinking, and incorporating stakeholder insights.

Michael is deeply committed to creating exceptional customer experiences, engaging with individuals across cultures and industries. By prioritizing accessibility and proactive approach, he strengthens customer relationships and drives long-term satisfaction.

Nicholas Vesom

Nicholas Vesom is a clinical research operations leader with over a decade of experience across academic medical centers, industry sponsors, and health technology startups. He serves as the Executive Director of the DIVERSE Network Center within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine, where he leads national efforts to strengthen inclusive and scalable clinical research infrastructure.

In addition, Nicholas advises organizations as a clinical trials consultant, supporting trial strategy, regulatory compliance, site enablement, and the implementation of technology-enabled and decentralized research models.

Pamela Pugh

Pamela Pugh is a healthcare leader who lives at the intersection of bedside care and business strategy. With over 15 years of experience—ranging from the front lines as a Registered Nurse to the executive suite with an MBA—she specializes in making complex clinical operations run humanly and efficiently.

Whether leading national teams of 150+ or designing strategies that cut hospital readmissions by 25%, Pamela is known for turning high-stakes, value-based care into sustainable success. She is a firm believer in transparent leadership, data-driven outcomes, and the idea that the best way to improve healthcare is to empower the people providing it.

Rosie Banks

Rosie Banks, PhD is a psychologist with specializations in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Forensic Psychology. She is a licensed educator with a counseling endorsement and holds a certification in Psychological Autopsy Investigation. With over 30 years of healthcare industry experience, she has been instrumental in serving in CSuite leadership positions for national healthcare systems, clinical agencies, and nonprofit organizations in the Southeast and Western regions of the United States. She has held appointments with the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Dr. Banks received a B.A. from Furman University in 2004, a M.A. from Webster University in 2007, and a PhD in Psychology from Walden University in 2018. Dr. Banks is a long term faculty member for ECPI University and owns GAEA Holistic, a healthcare consulting firm, with offices in South Carolina and Las Vegas, NV.

Tai Nguyen, Client Services Manager | Health Equity Advocate  

Tai Nguyen is a dedicated Client Services Manager with extensive experience in health equity, account management operations, and client services operations. With over five years of hands-on experience in community health settings, Tai has developed a deep understanding of the critical issues facing underserved populations and is passionate about creating solutions that bridge gaps in care and access.   

In his previous role as a case manager at UnitedHealthcare, Tai worked closely with individuals to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system, ensuring that they received the resources and support needed to improve their health outcomes. A key contributor to the COVID-19 response at UnitedHealthcare, Tai served on the COVID-19 committee, providing education and guidance to individuals on the virus and the COVID-19 vaccine. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in connecting individuals with vital community resources to enhance care and reduce barriers to healthcare access.   

Tai holds a Master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University, which has further honed his leadership and strategic thinking abilities. His expertise in data analysis, creative problem-solving, and critical decision-making has been instrumental in improving the delivery of services and enhancing client satisfaction. Known for strong communication and interpersonal skills, Tai excels in building relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and teamwork across departments to achieve optimal outcomes.   

A proactive and dependable leader, Tai is also an active member of the Coast Young Professionals, an organization dedicated to developing young leaders along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. With a passion for health equity and community well-being, Tai continues to focus on creating inclusive and sustainable healthcare solutions.

Taofeek Ibrahim, MPH, MHA, MBA

Taofeek Ibrahim is a dedicated healthcare professional with a background in operations and patient-centered care. He holds MPH, MHA, and MBA degrees and currently serves as Operations Manager at Private Medical, where he oversees the Los Angeles oDices in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. Originally from New Jersey, he has also lived in New York and South Carolina, experiences that have shaped his collaborative and adaptable approach to leadership. Outside of work, Taofeek enjoys working out, reading, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.

Dr. Ahmed Elagab MBBS/MD

Dr. Elagab started his career treating underserved communities in Africa. After moving to the United States in 2012, he worked in various healthcare administration fields such as Care Coordination, Population Health Management, and Clinical Quality. Dr. Elagab hopes to continue his passion for Community-oriented Medicine and Public Health. He currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee. and enjoys the city’s diversity and potential it offers while Pursuing a Master of Public Health at the University of Arizona Global Campus.

Harsha Mehta

Harsha is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in operations management across various healthcare organizations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, team leadership, and ensuring high-quality patient care. With a deep understanding of the intricacies of healthcare systems, Harsha has successfully led operational improvements, managed large teams, and fostered a collaborative environment focused on efficiency and compassion. 

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Harsha is passionate about maintaining a balanced lifestyle. She enjoys hiking in nature, dancing, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Her personal interests contribute to her approach to healthcare, emphasizing the importance of well-being and holistic health for both patients and healthcare providers.

Shankar Sahai

Shankar Sahai is a seasoned executive leader with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and deliver impactful results. He is deeply interested in Tellegacy’s mission of connecting generations through healthcare initiatives and seeks to leverage his experience in partnership development, strategic planning, and community outreach to further their impact. His experience includes leading international growth initiatives, cultivating key partnerships, and navigating diverse cultural landscapes. He has led global post sales and service delivery organizations, utilizing data analytics to drive continuous improvement. Mr. Sahai holds an MBA in International Business and an MS in Computer Science & Engineering. He is a founding member of the California Chapter of the Chance Foundation. 

Jessica Ramirez

Jessica Ramirez is a distinguished healthcare executive with over 15 years of expertise in contracting, payor operations, and revenue cycle management. Despite her corporate titles, she is much more than meets the eye. By day, she is usually working on million-dollar contracts and optimizing complex systems, saving organizations millions in the process. By night, she transforms into a bookworm, building her personal library, and is a proud pet parent to three fur babies who tolerate her impromptu storytelling sessions.

Jessica resides in Central Texas and holds a bachelor’s in healthcare administration from Texas State University and an MBA from Concordia University Texas. She is dedicated to closing gaps in healthcare. As a Tellegacy board member, she’s passionate about connecting stories to build a fairer future for everyone.
