This opportunity is designed to support nursing homes in strengthening resident engagement, deepening social connection, and enhancing overall quality of life without placing additional financial strain on facility budgets.
About the Tellegacy Program
Tellegacy is a structured, relationship-centered life enrichment program that helps residents share their life stories in meaningful and engaging ways.
Through guided conversations and facilitated sessions, residents:
- Reflect on their personal history and milestones
• Engage in consistent, purposeful social interaction
• Strengthen intergenerational and community connections
• Create professionally designed legacy books for family and loved ones
The program supports physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being while reinforcing person-centered care practices within the facility.
