Introducing Sujata Agarwal
Sujata brings an exceptional depth of experience in healthcare leadership, value based care operations, and system level strategy. Her career spans senior leadership roles at organizations such as Evernorth Health Services, Elevance Health, SoNE Health, and Hartford Healthcare, where she has overseen complex portfolios across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid environments.
Throughout her work, Sujata has led large scale initiatives focused on payment innovation, provider and payer collaboration, operational excellence, and financial performance. She has managed multi state healthcare portfolios, supported tens of millions of dollars in shared savings, improved quality outcomes, and helped align care delivery models with what truly matters for patients and providers alike.
What stands out most is how she leads. Her leadership style balances operational rigor with a deep respect for people and purpose, aligning seamlessly with Tellegacy’s values. She brings clarity without rigidity, accountability without harshness, and a steady focus on meaningful outcomes.

As Executive Board Chair, Sujata supports the Board’s rhythm and focus. She helps ensure that ideas turn into action, that initiatives remain aligned, and that progress is visible and shared. The Board works closely with Tellegacy’s Founder and Director to support research efforts, partnerships, funding opportunities, speaking engagements, and program growth across communities and institutions.
This structure allows Tellegacy to stay grounded while continuing to reach further.
